We believe in paying a living wage to everyone who works for us, ensuring they are compensated well for their time and effort. We pay wages, super, insurances and allowances for travel time and kms travelled. We don’t just see our team as laborers; they are skilled professionals who contribute to our success. Fair wages aren’t just about doing the right thing – they’re about attracting and retaining dedicated, hard working talent who take pride in their work. By paying our employees well, we’re able to offer you a consistently high level of service from dedicated, experienced cleaners who are not just doing a job, but building a career. Without speaking badly about other companies, unfortunately there are businesses out there that run employees into the ground. You may only be paying $30 an hour, but that employee needs their own ABN, have to pay their own wages, taxes and super AND are supplying their own chemicals. After all of those expenses, is that person than able to go out on the weekend for lunch with their children?

We don’t just use any cleaning supplies from the cheapy shop! We believe that a clean home shouldn’t come at the expense of your health or the environment. That’s why we use high quality, low-tox cleaning products from trusted brands like Young Living and Enzyme Wizard. These eco-friendly, non-toxic products are not only better for your health but also safer for your family, pets AND our staff. They’re gentle on the environment as well, which is important in our Perth homes who have septic. Young Living is that safe, that you can wash your veggies and the floors with the same product (hopefully not with the same water though, please use clean water for your produce haha).

On the topic of high quality products, every cleaner on our team is equipped with a fully stocked, high-quality cleaning kit. This isn’t just about having the right tools for the job – it’s about having the best tools. We’ve all experienced how annoying the fluff of a cheap towel is, and no one wants to come home to fluff and residue on the kitchen bench from cheap cloths. We understand that inviting a cleaner into your home is a personal decision, and we don’t take that trust lightly. That’s why every member of our team is required to undergo a police clearance before they start working with us, as well as an undergoing extensive training program. We want you to feel completely comfortable and secure when our cleaners are in your home, knowing that you are in safe hands. This is one of the ways we go above and beyond to give you peace of mind – because your security is our priority. We are also fully insured! Accidents can happen, even with the best cleaning practices in place. To ensure that you are fully protected, we maintain comprehensive business insurance. This means that if something were to go wrong in your home – whether it’s an accidental spill, damage to property, or any other unforeseen issue – you can rest easy knowing that we’re fully insured and will handle any claims professionally. Our insurance coverage is just one more way we take responsibility for our work.
