Includes: Ceiling to Floor throughout. Bringing the property to as near new, as possible.

Ceiling, fans, aircon vents, exhaust fans, light coverings, walls, light switches, electrical sockets, doors, frames and handles, cupboards, shelving. Windows; house exterior, includes fly screen, inside & outside glass, tracking & frames. Empty fireplace, & clean glass. Floor vacuum & Mop

Bathrooms- Shower, grout, glass, bath, basin, toilet, mirror and shelving/cupboards.

Kitchen- Oven, grill, rangehood & filters. Cupboards inside & out, dishwasher. Sink.

Laundry – Sink, cupboards, tiles.

Additional items: Carpets outsourced currently. Estimated $60 per room.

If furnished, would include wipe over/in items required.

Rubbish removal at $35 per 50L bag, for up to 10 bags. Alternatively priced per skip bin if approved prior to commencing.
