No, our employees are trained and insured for our products. If you do wish for your own products, vacuum or chemicals to be used, you must email us and fill out a request form! We hold the right to deny or approve these requests on a case by case basis.

If there are any issues with your vacate clean, we offer a free return service. As long as the complaint is received within 24 hours, and we are given sufficient time to complete the clean, we will return within 48 hours to ensure the result meets expectations.

Yes! However we do have a strict policy that pets need to be contained on the entering and exiting of the cleaner. This is because we have a lot of equipment to juggle, and cannot stop a pet from escaping if the door is open.
